Ingredients
1largeegg
1/2cupplain whole milk yogurt
1/2cupmilk
1cupoat flourmade by blending rolled oats
Optional Ingredients
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1tablespoonmelted butter or coconut oil
1Once Upon a Farm fruit pouchor grated pear
1teaspoonbaking powderoptional for babies under 1
1tablespoonapplesauce
Pinchof salt
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Add 1 cup rolled oats to a blender and blend until finely ground to make oat flour.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, milk, and melted butter or coconut oil.
Add the oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined.
Mix in the fruit pouch or grated pear and any optional ingredients if using.
Preheat and lightly grease your waffle maker.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown and fully set.
