Ingredients
1cupplain whole milk yogurt
2large eggs
1/2cupall purpose flour
1/2cuprolled oats
1/2teaspoonbaking powderoptional
1pearfinely diced
Optional add ins
Mashed banana
Applesauce
Cinnamon
Chia seeds
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk yogurt and eggs until smooth.
Stir in flour, oats, and baking powder if using.
Fold in finely diced pear and any optional add ins.
Heat a nonstick pan on medium low and lightly grease.
