Ingredients
1ripe bananamashed
½cupplain whole milk yogurtunsweetened
½cuppumpkin pureeunsweetened, not pie filling
1large egg
1tspvanilla extractoptional
¾cupall-purpose flour or oat flouryou can blend rolled oats into oat flour
½tspcinnamon
½tspbaking powder(added if i'm making it for my toddler)
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease if needed.
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Mix in yogurt, pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
Stir in oat flour, cinnamon, and baking powder until a thick, spoonable batter forms.
Cook waffles until golden and set (about 3–4 minutes, depending on your waffle iron).
Let cool slightly, then cut into strips or small bites for babies.
