Ingredients
1 1/4cupsall purpose flour
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonnutmeg
1cupwhole milk
1large egg
1/2cuppumpkin puree
coconut oilfor cooking
Instructions
Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add in whole milk, egg and pumpkin puree to whisk together until combined.
Cook in a preheated pan with coconut oil. Serve warm with favorite toppings!
