Ingredients
2cupsall purpose or oat flour
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2cupcane sugar
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsea salt
3/4cupcoconut oilsoftened
2largeeggs
1/2cupalmond milk
1teaspoonvanilla
Cinnamon Sugar Filling
3/4cupbrown sugar
1/2cup all purpose or oat flour
1tablespoonground cinnamon
Streusel Topping
3/4cupbrown sugar
3/4cupall purpose or oat flour
1tablespooncinnamon
1/2cupbutterroom temperature and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, sugars, baking powder and sea salt.
In another bowl, whisk together coconut oil, egg, almond milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredient bowl.
Transfer half the batter into baking pan, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar filling in center. Add rest of batter on top and sprinkle topping over the tops. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean! Allow to cool before cutting into 20 squares!
