Ingredients
2cupsshort grain white rice
2 cupsvegetable broth
1cupkimchi
1/2onionsliced
1tablespoonlight soy sauce
1stalkgreen onioncut into 1 inch pieces
8 ozground beefcan used sliced beef too
fried eggsto top off bowls
Instructions
Add washed rice into rice cooker. Add in 2 cups vegetable broth.
Place kimchi on top, spread out evenly. Top off with onion.
Mix in soy sauce, green onion and ground beef on top.
Cook on the white rice function. When done, mix everything together. Add into bowls and top off with a fried egg and green onion garnish!
