These easy salmon cakes for babies are the perfect recipe if you’re looking for a nutritious and baby-led weaning friendly way to introduce fish. Ingredients
3–4 oz cooked or canned salmon
1egg
pinch of dried parsley
pinch of dried oregano
1/4cupcooked finely diced or grated veggies
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
2tablespoonsshredded cheese
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the salmon, egg, parsley, oregano, veggies, flour, and cheese.
Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat a nonstick pan and lightly fry the patties until golden on each side.
Allow to cool slightly before serving to your little one.
