Ingredients
4oz cooked or canned salmon
2–3 tablespoons mashed firm tofu
1egg
pinchof dried parsley
pinchof dried oregano
1/4cupcooked finely diced or grated veggiesoptional
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
2tablespoonsshredded cheese
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the salmon, tofu, egg, parsley, oregano, veggies, flour and shredded cheese.
Mix everything together until well combined and slightly sticky.
Shape the mixture into small patties using your hands.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly fry the patties until golden on each side.
Let them cool slightly before serving to your little one.
