Ingredients
2cupsall purpose flour
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1cupwhole milk
1/2cupyogurt
2large eggs
1/2cupstrawberrieschopped
1mediumbananamashed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare muffin tin with liners and coconut oil spray.
In a mixing bowl, mash a banana. Add in whole milk, yogurt and eggs to whisk together.
Mix in flour, baking powder and sea salt. Gently mix everything together & fold in 1/2 of the chopped strawberries.
Add batter into muffin liners. Top each muffin with a bit of chopped strawberries. Transfer into baking oven & bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
