Ingredients
2cupsflourall-purpose, whole wheat, or spelt
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1large steamed sweet potatoabout 1 1/4 cups
4tablespoonsmelted butter
1/3 to 1/2cupcheddar cheese
Optional add-ins:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Italian seasoning
Pinchof salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until a soft dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface. Cut into small cracker shapes (this is the fun part for toddlers) and use a toothpick to add a hole in the center.
Place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
