These toddler-friendly immunity energy balls are an easy no-bake snack made with simple pantry ingredients. They are naturally sweetened with honey and coated in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and blueberries for a fruity flavor and fun pop of color!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour blend oats into flour
  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries and blueberries

Instructions

  • Add the oat flour, nut or seed butter, honey, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Add more oat flour if the mixture is too sticky or more nut or seed butter if it is too dry.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into toddler-sized balls.
  • Crush the freeze-dried strawberries and blueberries into small crumbs.
  • Roll each energy ball in the crushed fruit until lightly coated.
  • Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
