Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • coconut oil for cooking

Instructions
