happy Mother’s Day 🤍 to my beautiful & kind-hearted mom who loves so selflessly 🤍🤍 I love you so much 💗🫶🏼🫰🏼
A little update 🤍🤍 yesterday, I went to see my OB for a follow-up appointment after our miscarriage last week. It brought up many sad & difficult feelings I still had to work through 😢
One thing I wish I started doing earlier is applying sunscreen every time I go out ! SPF protection and making it a routine is SO important year round - not only in the hotter months. I always apply sunscreen when I go to the beach, go on walks or when I’m out all day! I’ll even bring sunscreen in my bag with me to re-apply ☀️
♡♡ some sunshine and a chai latte. I’ve been pretty cooped up inside so it was nice to see friends for a bit yesterday & go out on a little walk today!
