6-Ingredient No-Bake Almond Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Cups

These don't require any oven and only have 6 simple ingredients! They're a delicious snack to munch on in the afternoon when you're craving something sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add creamy almond butter, maple syrup and oats to mix until combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add creamy almond butter, maple syrup and oats to mix until combined.
  • In a small pot, add in chocolate chips, creamy almond butter and coconut oil to melt. Add 2 tbsp of chocolate topping on top of each oat mixture cup.
  • Place in fridge for at least 1 hour to harden! Place leftovers in fridge!
