With only 6 ingredients in this recipe, you bet I made this several times! It’s so easy!
I’ve subbed the almond butter for peanut and cashew butter before and it works just as well. It just depends on what you have at home. I would just recommend the nut butter to be pourable and creamy. Otherwise, you might need to add more maple syrup to creamy a consistency where the oats can stick together.
I love how they are also no-bake. Just mix things into a muffin tin tray, and let the fridge do it’s job!

6-Ingredient No-Bake Almond Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
Chocolate Topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add creamy almond butter, maple syrup and oats to mix until combined.

- In a small pot, add in chocolate chips, creamy almond butter and coconut oil to melt. Add 2 tbsp of chocolate topping on top of each oat mixture cup.
- Place in fridge for at least 1 hour to harden! Place leftovers in fridge!
