8ozglass noodles
1tablespoonsesame oilfor cooking
2clovesgarlicminced
8oz sirloin beefcan sub chicken or tofu
1cupshredded carrots
1/2cupchopped green onions
2tablespoonssesame oil
2tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
1teaspoondark soy sauce
2teaspoonsbrown sugar
2garlic clovesminced
Instructions
Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and leave to side.
Preheat a large pan to medium heat with oil. Add sirloin beef and cook on high heat until done. Remove from pan and leave to side.
