Ingredients
3tablespoonsoil
2clovesgarlicminced
2cupsbroccoliabout 1 head
1lbchickencut into chunks
2largeeggs
8ozlarge flat rice noodles
1tablespoon light soy sauce
2teaspoonsdark soy sauce
1 1/2tablespoonsoyster sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
2teaspoonswhite vinegar
2teaspoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
Prepare noodles according to package instructions. drain and leave to side.
Preheat your large pan to medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil. Add garlic to cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, then add in chicken to cook until done. Push to the side of the pan and add in broccoli to cook.
Add in cooked rice noodles into pan with sauce ingredients and 2 scrambled eggs. Toss all together and serve fresh!
