A popular Thai noodle dish that requires only a few ingredients but full of flavor! This homemade version is delicious and a must try if you love Pad See Ew!

This Pad See Ew is one of the last recipes I made before moving out of our apartment and into our new home last month! I’m already thinking of the next time I’ll make this because it was SO easy and tasty!
What’s your favorite thai noodle dish? It’s a tie between Pad See Ew and Pad Thai for me. I love both for different reasons! I feel that Pad See Ew is a simple classic. Pad Thai is if I’m craving more flavor – sweet and sour specifically.
Speaking of Pad Thai, that’s a recipe I NEED to make soon. It sounds so good right now.
I’m writing this from our new home and I’m so thankful for it. There have been so many changes in the past year. We welcomed out baby in February, bought a home in April, moved in June and now, here we are! So many blessings that the Lord has given us. I thank Him for sustaining us and providing in abundance! More than what we can ever ask for in this season!
I bought a sheet of flat rice noodles and cut it up myself. You can see how I prepare it HERE on my Instagram.
