Ingredients
15 ozcanned tunano salt
2tablespoons mayonnaise
2tablespoonsplain plant based yogurtcan also use regular greek yogurt
1tablespoondijon mustard
1/2avocadochunks
1/2teapsoonsea salt
1/4teaspoon pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, dijon mustard, avocado, sea salt and pepper.
Toast slices of bread and add tuna mixture on one slice of bread and top with tomato slices. Top with other slice of bread and enjoy!
