Ingredients
4smallcucumberssliced
1/2red onionthinly sliced
1/4cupolive oil
1/2cupwater
1/2cuprice vinegar
3tbspfresh lemon juice
1tbsphoney
2tbspdried dill
1/2tspsea salt
1/4tspblack pepper
Instructions
Slice up cucumbers and red onions. Transfer to a large shallow bowl.
Add in olive oil, water, rice vinegar, fresh lemon juice, dried dill, salt and pepper.
Place into fridge and soak for 2 hours before serving!
