Ingredients
1lbground turkey
1egg
3clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2 teaspoonsea salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together turkey, egg, garlic, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Four into 4-6 patties.
Preheat a skillet to medium heat with olive oil. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked throughout. Add in burger buns with mayo, tomato, lettuce and avocado!
