Ingredients
6-8ozwheat noodles
2teaspoonsoil
16ozground turkey
2cupsbroccoli and cauliflower florets
3/4cupmushroomssliced
Sauce:
1/4cuplight soy sauce
1/4cupwater or vegetable broth
1 1/2tablespoonsrice vinegar
1/2grated apple
3cloves garlicminced
2teaspoonssesame oil
Instructions
Prepare wheat noodles according to package instructions. Boil and drain, leave to side.
Preheat a large pan to medium heat with oil. Add in broccoli, cauliflower and mushroom to cook until slightly softened, but still crunchy.
Push to the side of pan and add more oil. Add in ground turkey to cook until done. Add in cooked noodles and pour in sauce. Mix everything to combine. Eat warm with a garnish of green onions!
