Ingredients
1tbspsesame oil
1/2poundground meat of choice
3cloves minced garlic
1/4tspground ginger
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/4cupsoy sauce
2 tablespoonsmirin
2stalkschopped green onions
sesame seeds for garnish
4cups cooked rice
Instructions
Preheat pan to low-medium heat with sesame oil. Add in ground beef or other grounds of choice and cook with garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add in brown sugar, soy sauce and miring to cook until meat is coated in sauce. Turn off heat and stir in green onion.
Place onto bed of rice and garnish with more green onions and sesame seeds!
