No-Bake Cookie Dough Energy Bites

A quick snack or pre-workout fuel to make ahead of time! These are made with almond flour, creamy nut butter and sweetened with maple syrup! Make these for a nutritious filling snack!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut or cashew butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and form into 12 balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating. Store extras in fridge for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 2 months!
