4tablespoonswhole wheat flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
pinch of sea salt
2tablespoonspumpkin puree
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1largeegg
2teaspoonscoconut oilmelted
2tablespoonsalmond milk
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice together in a microwavable mug.
Stir in pumpkin puree, maple syrup, egg, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla.
Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with bananas, cinnamon and yogurt.
