Roasted Rosemary Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 large russet potato
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Place wedged potato pieces onto sheet and toss with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping once in between.
