Cinnamon Apple Pancakes (Toddler Friendly)
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 grated small apple
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, egg, coconut oil and grated apple.
- Add in flour, baking powder, sea salt and ground cinnamon.
- Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter or coconut oil.
- Pour small rounds of batter onto the pan.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Top with nut butter or yogurt!
