Blender Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- coconut oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Blend – Add cottage cheese, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder and sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Cook – Heat a pan over medium heat, grease with butter or oil, and cook pancakes for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy – Let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with fresh fruit, yogurt, or a drizzle of maple syrup!
