Cottage Cheese Banana Muffins (No Sugar, Toddler-Friendly)

Advertisements

These cottage cheese banana muffins are soft, fluffy, naturally sweetened, and packed with simple wholesome ingredients. The combination of ripe bananas, applesauce, and cottage cheese creates an incredibly moist texture while adding natural sweetness and a boost of protein without any added sugar!

The cottage cheese melts right into the batter as they bake, giving these muffins a tender texture that works perfectly for toddlers and younger kids. The bananas and applesauce keep them soft for days, making them ideal for quick breakfasts, easy snacks, or something to grab while heading out the door.

My toddler has been especially into helping in the kitchen lately, and these muffins are one of her favorite things to make together. She’s always so much more excited to eat something she helped bake herself, and of course she gets the first bite once they cool down.
