Another popular Asian takeout dish! Mongolian chicken stir-fried in a sweet and savory sauce 👩🏻‍🍳 I used bell peppers and onions but you can add in any other veggie you’d like - zucchini, mushrooms, carrots or broccoli!
Baked garlic basil salmon rice + spinach salad bowl! 🌿 I rarely make salads at home partly because I feel like it’s not as good as ordering one at a restaurant.. Eating out at a restaurant makes food taste so much better 😆 Maybe it’s just the fact I don’t need to cook or clean anything lol I’ve been pretty lazy with the dishes recently… maybe because our dishwasher her been broken for a week :( we’re waiting for an appointment to get it fixed asap!
You know how it goes down on toast tuesday over here 🙂 It’s a busy week because Jovin & I are heading out of town this Saturday!! 🏖 Can’t wait to get in some r&r. I’m counting down the days!
If you haven’t already realized, I’m a lover of baked fish! I baked lemon garlic caper sea bass! So tasty on a bed of couscous 😋 It’s recommend to have fish or seafood 2-3 times a week as its filled with omega-3 fatty acids to support brain health and overall wellness!
6-ingredient chocolate dipped almond butter energy bites 🍫 These are no-bake and great for a pre-workout snack or energy boost mid-afternoon! They’re also gluten-free and vegan!
Because it’s National pet day 🐶 to my little Hazel who’s growing up way too fast!!
