Just in time for the fall season around the corner! CREAMY pumpkin rigatoni pasta 🎃 #OsterPartner

Who took a bite before the pic 👀 // 2 slices sourdough french toast topped w/ cacao nibs + shredded coconut + maple syrup, side of crispy bacon 🥓

Bbq salmon plate w/ roasted cauliflower, zucchini and mix of brown + white rice 😛 BBQ flavors were one of my favorites growing up!! Lays/kettle chips, bbq wings, salmon, chicken, etc. Still love it a whole lot now!

Beef + cabbage glass noodle stir-fry! Gluten-free, packed with sesame flavors & fresh veggies 🥕👩🏻‍🍳 This can be made vegan by not adding beef!

🥑 I love breakfast and brunch foods - anything with eggs + avocado just satisfies my cravings! also, I always crave a beverage in the morning - it’s usually a matcha latte or coffee!

This girl in the mirror used to be obsessed with working out for the pure goal of losing weight. I thought that eating as little as possible to get me through workouts would solve my problems.
