  • Naturally sweetened with banana and applesauce
  • Great source of healthy fats
  • Easy for toddlers and babies to chew
  • Made with simple pantry ingredients

The cottage cheese helps keep these muffins moist while adding protein, and the grated carrot sneaks in extra nutrients without changing the delicious flavor.

Tips for the Best Fluffy Muffins

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best natural sweetness.
  • Do not overmix the batter or the muffins can become dense.
  • Full-fat cottage cheese works best for a soft texture and healthy fats.
  • You can use coconut oil for a dairy-free option.

Storage Tips

Store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

These muffins also freeze well. Simply let them cool completely, place them in a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to 3 months.
