Sweet, tangy and sticky teriyaki salmon oven-baked to perfection! This is a perfect marinade for salmon, chicken, beef or even stir-fry veggies! A weeknight dinner in under 30 minutes!

In my opinion, I can’t ever go wrong with salmon, especially teriyaki salmon! This recipe has a hint of umami from the soy sauce. As a kid, every time I went to a Japanese restaurant, I’d order the teriyaki salmon or chicken! It was my go-to dish for years. Fast forward, and I still love it!
This sauce can also be used for stir-fry dishes! You can cook together chicken with veggies to place on top of rice!
