A simple recipe that’s ready in under 10 minutes! I love mashed avocado and fried/poached egg toasts but this is a diff twist!
I have toasts probably at least 5 times a week! I switch it up between savory avocado egg and nut butter banana. After my workouts, I don’t want to come home to cook breakfast, so this is a quick option I always go-to and crave. I honestly never get sick of it!

Mashed Egg & Avocado Toast
A simple effortless breakfast or snack! This recipe is just mashed avocado, egg and seasonings to taste! You can also add red pepper flakes and everything seasoning on top!
Servings: 1 toast
Ingredients
- 1 sliced toasted bread
- 1 large avocado
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- Sea salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Boil 2 large eggs in water for 8 minutes. Place eggs into ice bath or allow to cool before peeling.
- Mash a whole avocado into a small bowl, then mash in 2 eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add on top of toasted bread with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes!
