Ready to be on your dinner table in under 30 minutes! This is a delicious Asian dish with soft and warm rice, crunchy fresh veggies and savory crispy tofu! The sesame soy coleslaw salad was so perfect and goes well as an appetizer for other asian meals!

I’ve been obsessed with cooking all my Asian recipes with sesame oil! It just brings such a fragrant nutty flavor to the entire dish! I use it for all my stir-fries, Asian dressings and more! I only use the brand Kadoya for my sesame oil!
The asian sesame dressing here was the star of the show! It was tossed with cabbage and carrots which gave a fresh crunchy texture in each bite. The pan-fried tofu was cooked with sesame oil and some soy sauce.
Below are the ingredients for the sesame soy coleslaw salad! There’s edamame, red cabbage and carrots!

Tossed in the asian sesame dressing! This dressing can also be used in meat stir-fries and other asian salads!

A bed of rice topped with the coleslaw salad tossed together with pan-fried tofu!

This was amazing all tossed together! Of course, I always need to garnish it with some green onions and sesame seeds!

Have made this recipe for meal prep this week and it already smells amazing. I’ve already snuck a few bites! If I had to make again I would only do one tablespoon of soy sauce as mine is the one I used was NOT low sodium!!! Nevertheless, a great recipe and done in 30 mins!
