πŸ₯“πŸ₯‘πŸ³ Egg omelette with grass-fed bacon + mashed avocado toast! It takes real patience to wait while cooking especially when it smells so good !! I was going to add smoked salmon on top of my toast but decided to open up the bacon pack - so glad I did that!
French toast on repeat πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Started the morning with a little 30-minute spin class and 10-minute core workout which was a sweat fest πŸ’¦ Morning movement and stretching keeps me going and awake the rest of the day!
Went on a drive with no destination before leaving! We just kept driving on the highway until we found a nice spot to stop at ✨ there was lots of traffic along the way but that just means more car conversations and car karaoke with Jovin!!
Baked paprika salmon, sweet potato wedges & zucchini slices! Made a little extra so I can have some for dinner too πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
The stacks are back πŸ₯ž These are yogurt pancakes with bananas, strawberries, cacao nibs and almond butter πŸ‹ The fresh lemon juice and yogurt bring a bright flavor and fluffy texture! I used a plant-based yogurt but you can use plain/vanilla greek yogurt as a replacement!
