I’m always looking for easy, nutritious meals that my toddler will actually eat. And let’s be real—getting veggies into little ones isn’t always easy! That’s why I love this Hidden Veggie Cauliflower Mac & Cheese—it’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with a whole serving of cauliflower, but my toddler has no idea!

The best part? Everything blends up into a smooth, velvety cheese sauce that coats the pasta perfectly. Just blend, toss, and serve—no fussy cheese sauce-making required!

Meal Prep & Freezing Tips

🥣 Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days.
❄️ Freezer: Freeze in portions for up to 3 months—just reheat with a splash of milk!

✔ Full of Hidden Veggies – The blended cauliflower makes it extra creamy while sneaking in extra nutrition.
✔ Super Easy to Make – Blend everything together, toss with pasta, and done!
✔ Toddler-Approved – Cheesy, smooth, and familiar—so even picky eaters won’t notice the veggies.
✔ Freezer-Friendly – Make a batch and freeze for quick meals.

Why We Love the Omie Easy Scoop Plate for Toddler Meals

Mealtime with toddlers = spills, messes, and frustration—until I found the Omie Easy Scoop Plate! Here’s why we love it:

✨ Curved Inner Design: The inside of the plate is curved, which helps food fall directly onto your child’s spoon—making it easier to scoop and reducing spills.
✨ Removable Divider: It comes with a divider that can be removed as your child grows, so it adapts through the toddler years!
✨ Safe & Sustainable: Made from natural materials—no plastic! It’s 100% safe and eco-friendly.

This plate has been a game-changer for my toddler, especially when we serve meals like this Hidden Veggie Mac & Cheese!

This Hidden Veggie Cauliflower Mac & Cheese is an easy, nutritious meal that my toddler asks for all the time. It’s packed with veggies, super creamy, and ridiculously easy to make—no roux, no hassle!
