- 1 whole red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup loosely packed cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup wonton strips or chow mein noodles
- 4 mandarin oranges peeled and separated
- sesame seeds
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
