I bought canned biscuits! I made a cinnamon sugar filling to toss in the biscuits before baking and drizzled glaze on top! This was SO easy to make and tasted like cinnamon rolls,

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Muffins
Combining muffins and biscuits into soft, fluffy and flaky biscuit muffins! These are delicious, so easy to make and a recipe that takes under 30 minutes!
Servings: 6 muffins
Ingredients
- 1 can of biscuits 8 count
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon
Sweet Glaze
- 1/4 cup coconut oil softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare muffin tin with liners or spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Separate biscuits individually and toss each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- Press biscuits into each muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
- While muffins are baking, add coconut oil, brown sugar, powdered sugar, almond milk and vanilla in a small saucepan. Stir until it just boils, then turn off heat. Drizzle over each muffin!
