Chocolate covered dates with stuffed creamy almond butter! These are a more nutritious option for those snickers bars. Nothing wrong with having a candy bar but these will surprise you with how good they are! Sprinkled with some sea salt on top to bring out more flavor!

I’ve never been a huge fan of dates but if you’re looking for a more delicious and creative way to eat them, this one is for you! I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and when I’m at 36 weeks, I plan to start eating 4-6 dates a day because it apparently can help with labor!
Regardless, this snack is delicious to make to eat even when not pregnant. My husband is obsessed so I doubled the batch for both of us, haha!
There’s only 4 ingredients – dates, almond butter (you can sub peanut butter), chocolate and coarse sea salt on top. The sea salt garnish on top helps bring out the chocolate flavors even more!
