Maple Mustard Marinated Chicken
Recipe ready in under 30 minutes! A delicious and moist chicken recipe perfect for your meal preps and weeknight dinners!
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauace
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a low bowl, add marinade ingredients and chicken thighs. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat pan to medium heat with olive oil. Add in chicken to cook until juices run clear and no longer pink inside. I like to cut open the thickest piece to make sure it’s done!
- Remove from pan, and add in green beans to blanch with 1/2 cup water. Cook for 3 minutes, then remove from pan and add chicken and green beans on top of rice!
